Hi, I have a Dell XPS 210 running Windows 7 home edition. My mouse cursor is frozen in the center of the screen when Windows boots up, preventing me from being able to log in to windows. I have tried 3 different mice, and every USB port on the box, and the cursor remains frozen in that same spot no.. Ok. I tried a different port and still does the same thing. Strange thing is the when you left click the mouse the monitor comes on so it is getting that comand from the mouse but still frozen. So next thing I tried was unplug the mouse momentarily and then plug it back into the same USB port and it works. Thanks in advance Windows OS will now detect mouse and install a new device driver.
